Spotify Playlist Artwork

For this project, we were asked to create a playlist of 10-15 songs on Spotify and create artwork that could live in the Spotify interface. My playlist, Girl Power, included feel good songs by some of my favorite powerful female artists such as Beyoncé, Rihanna, Alanis Morsette, Cyndi Lauper, and Shania Twain. I create the artwork using the duotones to mimic the style that Spotify’s artwork usually takes on and a silhouette of Beyoncé because she is recognizable by her fans but for others she simply represents and powerful female figure.
